Current app-data subprocessor

Atlassian Pty Ltd and Atlassian’s Forge subprocessors

Jira API access; Forge app compute, queues, schedules, hosted storage, logging and platform operations. Data includes Filter Delta app records and transient Jira results required to operate the app.

Locations

Persistent in-scope app data follows the customer’s supported Jira/Forge location. The Global realm may move among Atlassian-supported regions, and Forge compute may sometimes execute outside the pinned region. See Atlassian’s current Forge data-residency information.

Separate website and email services

The Untiefe website host and email provider do not process Jira app data merely because Filter Delta is installed. They process website visits or correspondence only, as described in the website privacy notice.

Change notice

Customers will receive at least 30 days’ advance notice of a new app-data subprocessor by email to the Marketplace technical or billing contact when available, or another direct in-product or administrator notice. An emergency replacement needed to protect service or data will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable where prior notice is not possible.
