Website & hosting

This website does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising trackers, embed third-party media, or load externally hosted fonts. It does not contain a contact form, account registration or newsletter signup.

The website is hosted by statichost.eu, operated by Variable Object Assignment, c/o Knackeriet, Sankt Paulsgatan 25, 118 48 Stockholm, Sweden. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure processes your IP address and the technical information in your request to deliver the pages securely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

According to statichost.eu, visitors’ IP addresses are processed to deliver content but are not stored in access logs. The provider keeps technical usage records without personal visitor information, such as response size, for billing and deletes these within seven days. Its published processing agreement lists Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia) as infrastructure providers. See statichost.eu’s data processing information and logging details.

When you follow an external link, the destination website’s own privacy notice applies. Email links open your mail application; the website does not send a message on your behalf.

When you email us

We use your email address, message and any information you choose to include to handle your enquiry and reply. Please include only the information needed for your request.

General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where a request concerns a contract or steps you ask us to take before entering one, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies.

Email for untiefe.dev is provided by Migadu-Mail GmbH, Rohnen 587, CH-9414 Schachen, Switzerland. Migadu processes message content and delivery data to provide and secure the email service. Migadu states that its data centres are in France. To the extent personal data is transferred to Switzerland, the European Commission’s adequacy decision provides the basis under Article 45 GDPR. See Migadu’s privacy and data processing information and its infrastructure information.

There is no mailing-list enrolment when you contact us.

How long information is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any necessary follow-up. It is then deleted unless a legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer storage. Where retention is required, use is limited to that purpose.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

To make a request, email info@untiefe.dev. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you. We do not use correspondence for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Data inside our apps

Our first app is in development. This website notice is not an app privacy policy. Each released app will explain what data it accesses, where it is processed, how long it is retained and how it can be deleted.

Those details will be linked from the relevant product page and marketplace listing before release.
